地元グルメ！
さてさて。
愛媛を離れてはや７年。
今では「仕事」でも無いとなかなか帰る暇もありません。
仕事で帰って来たんだから、美味しいもの食べたって
バチは当たらないですよね？
ヤッパリ、地元に帰ってのお楽しみと言えば「食ｏｒ友」なのです！
（ブライダルの話とは全く関係無いのですが…）
地元民ばかりなので、以下方言丸出しですがどうぞ！
プレゼンを終え、同行したスタッフ三木（あだ名は徳ちゃん）と供に車中から。
私） もしもし。今松山IC乗ったんで、後４０分くらいで帰れます！
社） 了解。お疲れさんな！晩飯何か食いたいもんある？
ガツンと焼き肉なんかどうよ！？
私） 折角、瀬戸内海に帰って来たんだから、ここは美味しい「魚」じゃない？
社） そうね。で、どっかゆっくり出来そうなトコ知っとるか？
私） 長〜く離れたって「地元」じゃけんね。どこでもあるあるぅ〜！！
社） どこか決めて、予約入れたら、また連絡して。
私） 了解です。
徳） ジミー行きたいとこあるん？（地元時代からの友人である彼女も、私をこう呼ぶ）
私） う〜ん。「河豚ザク湯豆腐」と「鳥貝の天ぷら」食べたいんで「もりもとや」かなぁ？
仕事の話もあるって言ってたから、小上がり席か離れがある店がいいね。
あと、「ハギの肝和え」も食べたい…。
私の祖父は、地元でも有名な「フグ釣り」の名手だったので、地元には沢山
顔の効く料理屋さんがあるのです。（漁協を通さずに卸してた事もあってネ）
祖父の生前は、随分と美味しい魚介を「当たり前」のように食べておりました…。
漁師は「一番いい物」は漁協やお店には卸さずに、持って帰るので、
食卓には、いつも美味しいものが溢れておりました。
河豚ザクに乗せる「肝」だって、料理屋では普通「カワハギの肝」を乗せるんだけど、
ほんの少しだけ、本物の「河豚の肝」乗せちゃうんです！
ほんとに舌が痺れるんですけど、病み付きになります！
（毎年、河豚の毒で死人が出るのは、きっとソレを知ってる美食家達なのでしょうネ…）
免許を持ってる料理屋さんでは、決して出してくれません。
徳） ウチ、エエとこ知っとるよ〜。
私） どこ？
徳） 社長もジミーも知っとる人が、美味しい魚食べさせるお店出したんよ！
私） 誰の店？ちなみにウチの社長は、お酒飲めんケン、居酒屋出すような人知ってるハズ
無いんだけどなぁ？（そのくせ「酒飲み」みたいな食べ物大好きなんだケドね）
徳） 絶対に知っとる人よ。
私） ちょうどエエけん、じゃあソコにしよか！
私） 社長？今どこらへんに居ます？
社） 衣装屋の知り合いのトコ。店決まった？
私） うん。徳ちゃんがちょうどいい店知ってたから、そこにする。
社） どのへんにあるん？
私） 「21世紀」（地元のパチンコ店）の真裏だそうです。
社） 分かった、直接そこに行こワイ！
新人三木の「プチサプライズ」にのって、無事お店が決定。
お店の名前は「居酒屋ひで」
はて？「ひで」って誰だっけ？と思いつつ、現地へ集合！
そこで、待っていた居酒屋の大将。
実は、私達（弊社社長、入山、私）が地元の某専門式場で働いていた頃に
料理長をしていた「秀樹さん」のお店だったのです。
某式場時代に随分お世話になった「秀樹さん」
秀） ジミー元気しょ〜ったか！（地元の方言丸出し）
社、私） 秀樹さ〜ん！！。全然変わらんねぇ〜！！！（２人でハモル）
新人三木のナイスなサプライズ！
異様に盛り上がる２人。
秀） 徳ちゃんから、色々聞いとるよ！今日はゆっくりしていかんかい。
社） オレ、もう遊びモード全開っ！今日は仕事終わり。もう無礼講ね！
私） 仕事の話って言よったのは？（恐る恐る聞いてみる。）
社） 明日に変更！今日はとにかく遊べ！ジミー、徳ちゃんはオレの分まで飲んで良し！！
私） 男前っすネェ〜ボス！「イカレポンチ（死語）になっても…？」
社） 許す！徳ちゃんの歓迎会もしてやって無いし、今日は今から仕事すなっ。
徳ちゃんの歓迎会は、辞令後改めてチャンとしてやるケド、今日は交流会って事でな！
徳、私） やった〜！！！大将とりあえず生ビール「樽ごと」持って来て（笑）
私） 秀樹さんもお客さんひけたら、一緒に飲もや〜？
10年ぶり位の再会にも関わらず、温かく迎えてくれた「秀樹さん」
本当にありがとうございました。（この後地元の友人達も合流し、2次会3次会まで付き合わせてしまいました。）
また、地元に帰った時は、必ず寄ります！（河豚ザクも、ハギの刺身も美味しかったです！）
ハギの刺身（うす造り）。手前の肝を醤油に溶かして頂きます！
