仕事納めな雑感。
はてさて、今日は仕事納めと大掃除。
事務所の大幅な模様替えもあって、実は前日から
大掃除中な弊社でありました。
不要な書類や読み終えた書籍などを分別しておりますと
その時々の自分や、仕事を客観的に垣間見る事があります。
（皆さんもこんな経験無かったでしょうか？）
「こんな無理な仕事もやったな〜」とか、
「これ確か、一夜漬けで作った資料だっけ」とか
「本当にコレ自分で作った資料？」
（時間掛かっただろうなぁ、当時のオレ…）
その時にあった出来事や、心境などが大掃除中によみがえる事。
皆様にもあったのでは無いでしょうか？
やっつけ仕事は兎も角、
「今やれば、も〜っと早くて、も〜っと良い仕事が出来る！」
と、思える自分がいて、結構素直に嬉しく思ったりします。（しませんか？）
人は環境によって、善くも悪くも育つものなのです。
今年は本当に色々な意味で、大勢の人に助けられまた、育てて頂いたと思います。
お客様から学んだ事。
取引先のスタッフから学んだ事。
一番身近な仲間達やスタッフから学んだ事。
また、自分の家族から学んだ事。
来年30になる私（残念ながら20代最後となる今年。）
自分で言うのも何ですが、少しずつ、しかし確実に成長しているようです。
来年は、現レトロを自分の判断で動かす事を託されており、別部門の法人化もあって
大忙しではありますが、新たに大きな動きが始まる年。
世の中も、30〜40代のミドル世代が躍進中な事も手伝ってか、
同年代である弊社の主要スタッフは、何やらスゴい鼻息です。
一歩一歩確実に前進して行こうと…
仕事納め中（大掃除中）に思う私でありました。
皆様にとっても「来る年」が前進の年になりますように！
