而立（ミソジへのカウントダウン…）
二月になってしまいましたね…
私。企画室大西は今月10日で「30代」の仲間入り。
三十路への旅立ちです…
（コレでまた、社の平均年齢を上げてしまう事に）
タイトルの「而立」（ジリツと読む）は
30歳を指す言葉。
『子曰、吾十有五而志于学。三十而立。四十而不惑。五十而知天命。六十而耳順。七十而従心所欲、不踰矩』
↑別に文字化けしている訳ではありません。
孔子の『論語』に登場する言葉で「三十にして立つ」と言う意味だそうですが、
而立と自立と自律。
どれも今の自分には、まだまだ足りていない言葉かもしれません。
昨今では、団塊ジュニアの社長さん達が、大きな戦いをし、
30代にして、成功を獲得した方達が多い。
世に言う「バブルのツケ」をモノともせず、
確実に自分の道を歩んでいる。
（そう言えばウチのボスも30代、デキは少々違うが、野尻社長と同い年。）
私も「立ち上がらねば！」と最近切に思う訳です。
私達の会社は、規模こそ（今は）小さな「小企業」ですが、
『夢』だけは大きい。
少人数の会社ではありますが、愛社心旺盛な素晴らしいスタッフに
恵まれた会社だと思います。
自分の仕事はこの夢を「現実」のモノにする為に
目の前の結果を一つずつ積み上げていく事だと考えております。
失敗しても「まだまだ30歳（再）」
善くも悪くも、いろんな事にチャレンジし、より自分の人生に
『味』を出していこうと思う、ギリギリ20代の主張でした。
