新（旧）郎モデル…
それは先週のとある日…
トマトジュースを飲みながら、
梅雨の合間に見た「さわやかな初夏の日」を
噛み締めておりました昼休みの事…
「ジミーさん25日の予定って空いてますか？」
と、弊社宮崎のにこやかな問いかけ…
思うのですが、身の回りのこういう『問いかけ』は
今までの記憶上、
「あまり良い事だった、ためしが無い」
と言うのが著者の正直な感想です…
そう言う記憶を払拭しつつも、
宮崎の微笑みフラッシュを
微笑みフラッシュ返しで、
『何か良い話？』と
こめかみ辺りの筋肉を弛緩させつつ返答…
いやね…
カナルハウスさんでブライダルフェアがあるんですけどぉ…
それは、それは狡猾に、
そして、ひと呼吸おいてゆっくり吐き出されました。
それは
「今日は晴れてるケド、まだ梅雨中ですよ。」と
静かに停滞する梅雨前線のように…
私は花火か何かのオペレーター（機材の操作や打上げする人の事）を
頼まれるのだろうと思い、快く引き受ける準備を心の中で致しました。
私の予想に反し、次に来た宮崎の問いかけは
「新郎モデルお願いします。」
「はぁ〜？」
こめかみの筋肉は、あっと言う間に弛緩から緊張へ…（微笑みフラッシュは顔面神経痛へ）
私：だってオレ結婚してるよ…（動揺のあまり、無関係な発言。）
宮：しててもイイですよ。モデルだから…（より発光度合いが増す微笑みフラッシュ）
私：30過ぎたよ。今年…（弊社スタッフ周知の事実）
宮：今の適例層はそれくらいですよ！（業界周知の事実）
ここで、間髪入れずに弊社本橋がカットイン…
本：大西さん前の職場でも、新郎やったじゃん！
私：それは、当時支配人として予算的に「モデル代」が出なかったからしょうが無く…
本：イイじゃん。別に…
宮：菊田さんのご指名なんですよ！！（大変お世話になっているプランナーさん）
私：…断れネーじゃん…。（選択権無し）
本：頑張れーっ！！（ほぼ他人事）
宮：菊田さんに沢山発注頂いてますからねぇ。（いつもありがとうございます）
私：分かったよ！やればイイんだろっ！！！！
宮：ちなみに新婦モデルさんはとっても若いらしいっスよ！
私：…オレ、おっさんじゃん…
宮：まぁ、タキシード着るし、見た目は何とかなりますよ（微笑みでやんわり暴言。）
本：精神年齢は低いのにねっ！（新人スタッフのくせに付き合い長い為年中暴言。）
私：（ぬぅ〜おのれェ〜！！いつか『何か』やらせてやるぅ！！！）（燃え上がる復讐心。）
そんな感じで迎えた、本番当日。
リハーサルもあって、少し早めに現地入する旧郎モデル…
新婦モデルさんと顔合わせをし、余計に緊張を重ね、
（とても元気で、可愛らしいモデルさんでした。）
いつも見て来た現場の空気が違うものに感じる私。
しかしながら、
お得意様の会場で『ヘタ』打つ訳にはいかない！
しかも、私はブライダル暦14年選手。
緊張している場合では無い訳です。
「少しでも、新婦モデルの緊張をほぐせるように喋って行こう！」
と、少々おこがましい考えもつかの間。
逆に『緊張感を解いてもらう始末』な私（ダセっ！）
何でも、就職活動を終えたばかりの大学生の彼女。
最近の就職活動や、企業の面接内容等々…
トークの捗る「待ち時間」でした。
おかげさまで、緊張してる事も忘れ、
貴重な「現役大学生」の生の情報を収集させて頂き、
企画室としては非常にためになる意見を知る事が出来ました！
まぁ、結果オーライな感じではございますが、
何とか緊張もほぐれ、
無事、2回の模擬挙式が終了致しました！
そして、
今回入っていたビデオ業者さんの展示ブースには
HDVカムで撮影された、ハイビジョンデータの旧郎映像が
「たまにカメラ目線」で会場内に撮って出しされておりました。
ご来館のお客様。新婦モデルさん。スタッフの皆様へ！
こんな役不足なモデルですみません！
そして菊田プランナー様。
なにとぞ、今回限りという事でご勘弁を！
